Morgan Olson, MA, LCAS
Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps, and I want you to know that you're not alone in this process. I specialize in working with adults who struggle with the weight of addiction, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, codependency, trauma and general life stressors.
For loved ones impacted by the disease of addiction, I understand the complex emotions and ripple effects that it can have, and I'm here to offer guidance and support as you navigate these difficult waters. Whether you're looking to process your own experiences or understand how to best support your loved one, I'm here to help. I graduated with my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech in 2013. I then went on to complete my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UNC Charlotte with an Addictions Certificate in 2015.
With a decade of experience, my approach is collaborative and client-centered, always tailored to your unique needs and experiences. I tend to pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy.
My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore your emotions, process your experiences, and find a path forward that works for you. If you're ready to take this step, I invite you to reach out. Please call for a free fifteen-minute consultation to see if we would be a good fit. It would be an honor to be part of your journey toward healing, growth, and positive change.
