Savanah Carlyle MA LCMHCA
I am committed to creating a compassionate, accepting space, and therapeutic relationship where clients can feel validated, learn new coping strategies, and feel empowered towards growth. Regardless of their age, I believe that each person is unique and deserves support, reflection, and empathy.
I use an integrative approach to counseling by applying the techniques and skills of person-centered and cognitive-behavioral modalities to meet clients where they are. I believe that clients have an innate potential for change through a strong and supportive therapeutic relationship. I also believe that people are whole beings and I am dedicated to providing holistic client care. I consider it both an honor and a privilege to be a part of my clients’ meaningful life journeys.
Client populations that I serve include adults, young adults, and teens. My experience includes but is not limited to chronic illness, stress, anxiety, depression, grief support, and life transitions.
I also have a special interest in perinatal mental health issues, and I am working towards becoming certified in perinatal counseling. I am passionate about providing women with support as they journey through postpartum challenges, pregnancy, infertility, and women’s health issues.
